What Is Swap?
Let us explain it on an example. When you are trading a currency pair, for example, USD/EUR, you are borrowing US dollars to buy Euro. When you are borrowing US dollars, you pay interests, but you earn interests as well, from the Euros you have bought. The difference between the two interest rates.
