Withdrawal requests should be officially submitted by the Client, in the Client account through the platform.
Once withdrawal requests are submitted, it takes between 7-10 (seven to ten) business days for it to be reviewed. Our Business days are Monday-Friday.
Please note that withdrawal of funds is not possible in case that the account balance is lower than 50 EUR/GBP/USD.
The Company will process requests only after all necessary aspects have been checked and completed as per Company Terms & Conditions as well as its Withdrawal Policy:
• The Company will verify that the account details and desired payment method correspond with those provided upon registration and during Client activity, are available.
• The Client does not have bonus restrictions or any limitations on withdrawal terms according to Company Policies.
Once approved, a withdrawal of funds will be issued by deduction of Clients account and a request for transfer of funds is sent to the third party (clearing company) and with that, all Company actions are completed.
Once issued by Golden Markets, it takes additional up to 4 (four) business days for the funds to be processed by the third party and become available back on the Client balance, in accordance to the payment method that was used for the processing of funds.
Golden Markets cannot be held responsible for any delay in processing of funds that is caused due to third party processing issues.
The Client accepts that withdrawals can be made with the application of the same method which was used for depositing money into the Crypto trading account. The Company will perform the withdrawal of funds less any fees and charges incurred by the Company. If the Client is asking to perform the funds withdrawal with a way that differs from the method through which the funds were deposited, the Company may decline the withdrawal request. Golden Markets will not process withdrawals to any anonymous account or payment method, nor to an account of any third party.
Any request made by the Client to withdraw funds via wire to any bank account that has been used in the past will require the Company to perform a ‘Know Your Client’ review to make sure that all relevant beneficiary details are correct and belong to the Client.
The Client and only the Client will be held liable for any delays in funds transfer which were caused due to incorrect banking information provided.
Withdrawals, Refunds and any type of funds transfer can and might be issued back to the Client in increments per Company discretion.
Golden Markets reserves the right to request any additional information or documentation that it considers necessary for proving that withdrawal requests comply with all legal norms. In case of any suspicion of illegitimacy, the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny such withdrawals. The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative withdrawal method. The Client understands and accepts that in such cases delays may occur or may not be proceeded at all.
Please note that all fees and charges are borne by the client and will be debited to the Client’s trading account.
Withdrawals of profit are issued via wire transfer only. The minimum profit amount to withdraw via wire is 300 EUR/GBP/USD.
The Company is obliged to respond to any requests from the client about the status of his requests. The Client shall receive a response within a reasonable time period.
All transactions are documented in the cash account ledger of the company. Communication between the Crypto trading companies and the Client may be performed via phone, email or other specified communication means in the Company Terms & Conditions.
